If a deposit is not credited within 2 hours, contact our support team with the transaction reference number from your payment provider. 98hbajee will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Processing

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 98hbajee will make reasonable efforts to contact the player via their registered email or mobile number before any dormancy action is taken. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, applied after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. Players can reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification steps.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98hbajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gaming services. 98hbajee's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
